Full renovation of the clients 4 storey Clifton townhouse. This project started on the cusp of Covid 19 which had huge knock on effects for timeline and smooth running of the build. We navigated through!

We offered our client a turn-key service from start to finish including but not limited, introduction of one of our preferred Architects, obtaining planning permission & overseeing building control. Working within a conservation area. Overseeing the reconfiguration of the existing basement, installation of external staircase. Project managing the trades throughout the build.

As a company we pulled on trusted trades we have long standing relationships with. We worked closely with our clients and Frank at Ghaidan Architects to produce the brief and obtain planning permission making only slight tweaks!
Final comments
A wonderful renovation of an outdated 4 storey Clifton townhouse. The project is sensational… sympathetically restoring this beautiful family home and breathing new life into it!

We really enjoyed working with Hannah, Dom and The Build Bristol Group team as we renovated our Clifton townhouse and we are delighted with the results. We engaged The Build Bristol Group to handle the whole process from design through planning and the build itself. We worked with Frank, one of Build Bristol’s preferred architects to help us refine our vision and agree plans and then started the build with Dom’s team.
As with any build it’s crucial to have a great relationship with your builder so you feel you can raise any issues as challenges arise (and they will on any building project!). Dom and Hannah were brilliant to work with – together we navigated a major renovation through COVID, staying safe and within the rules at all times (we did have to pause for three weeks whilst we got protocols and agreed processes in place) and managed our suppliers who were themselves hugely disrupted. And the results are great as you can see!
